Welcome to GetKnown Social Media As a team, we are dedicated to providing our clients with quality content that engages their target audience and grows their online presence. Working with our agency means that you'll receive excellent service with all the details sorted out for you. Here’s what it means to work with us, What you can expect from our team: Content Media Mix : We produce content according to the social plan created for your account, with a mix of videos, posts, memes, audio (if podcasts are available), stories, and reels. Monthly Content Review: All content is created by the 25th of each month for the following month, and approval must be provided within 72 hours by the client. Changes requested will be fulfilled by our team within 48 hours. Transparency: You'll be invited to our posting system "GetPosted" there you can see all postings scheduled to go out on your brand's behalf, you can approved posts and decline them. You can also schedule posts of your own. You can see your analytics live and pull isolated reports. Boost Credit: Clients receive a monthly boost credit, and any additional boost requested will be billed with the next month's billing. Social media advertising campaigns can be added after three months of service for an additional monthly cost. We are Human: People make mistakes, it doesn’t happen often but it happens. A misspelling, wrong date, wrong image, etc. If this does occur our team will remedy all post mistakes within 2 hours of notification. Continuous errors or failure to meet client expectations will be addressed by our Creative Manager, Rhian Tomesetti. What we expect from our clients: Timely Responses: We expect timely responses when it comes to approvals, content clarification and meeting requests. We strive to grow your brand and timing is everything. Social Media Partnership : Don’t Zonk out on us! We expect clients to be social media partners and actively engage in their social media journey with us. We will request clients to provide pictures and videos of their office space, client interactions, or products, special promotions, and upcoming offers. Timely Payments: Payments are due by the 1st of every month, and late fees will be applied if not paid by the 7th of the month. A credit card is required on file.  You are Human: We know there are going to be times when you are late. We understand and know your are human. Please communicate with us when you think you may be late or unable to meet any of these expectations.
